20 DAYS EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you have any questions, feel free to email us, and our dedicated support team will usually respond within 24 hours. Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 20-day period has passed.”
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
“To begin the return process, please email us at info@superstarjackets.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order, specifying whether you’re requesting a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, we will first confirm the availability of the required size. All returns must be completed within 20 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue (with images if available), original packaging, logos, and any relevant product usage details to help us identify potential defects.
Exchanges depend on stock availability—if the requested item is available, we’ll process the exchange; if not, a refund will be issued.
Returns may be declined if the item does not meet our return policy criteria. Refunds will not be processed if the product arrives at our Australian warehouse without its original tag.
For returns without a valid reason, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that custom-made jackets created upon specific request are not eligible for return.”
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
“Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming its arrival. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.”
RESTOCKING FEE DETAILS:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- This fee covers the processing, handling, and administrative costs associated with returns and applies to all non-defective items.
- Refund Deductions for Free Shipping Orders:
- If your original order included free shipping, a $25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. In such cases, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
This deduction covers the original shipping costs incurred by Superstar Jackets. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you believe you’ve received a defective item or one that doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@superstarjackets.co.uk
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, clear photos of the item, and any relevant details about how the product was used that may help us identify the defect.
If the item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault or inferior materials, we will take appropriate action to replace the product at no additional cost to you.
SIZE ISSUES
Requests to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is requested within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
However, if the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, the following terms will apply:

A 22% deduction will be applied to the total amount paid.

If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, an additional shipping charge will also be deducted from the refund.
These deductions cover processing and handling costs incurred during order fulfillment and shipment.
