1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Unwashed and unworn

Accompanied by original tags and packaging
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please email us within 24 hours of noticing any issue.

Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 24 hours with next steps and return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item passes inspection:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days

No restocking fees

No deductions on original shipping charges

A confirmation email will be sent when your refund is processed
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged or defective

Incorrect in size or design compared to your order

Clear images of the issue

A short description
We will resolve the problem with either a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
5. Size Issues
If your jacket doesn’t fit:

You may request a size exchange within the 30-day return period (stock permitting)

The product must be unused and in its original condition

If the requested size is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order may already be under processing or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect

For regular returns (e.g., size or style change), the customer is responsible for return shipping
8. Important Conditions

All returns are subject to inspection

Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original tags will be rejected
